Orjan brings broad experience across sustainability strategy development, implementation, communications, training, and execution. His expertise lies in strategic sustainability advisory with practical implementation at the core. Orjan provides sustainability advice to a wide range of sectors, including cities, sports, building designers and strategists.
Previous career highlights includes his active involvement in the environmental program for the FIFA World Cup 2022, and his work as Executive Director at the Green Building Council of Australia.
Orjan thrives on creating meaningful collaborations to drive sustainability transformation. His work spans diverse sectors such as construction, architecture, academia, sports, events management, and training.
Orjan is also an experienced conference speaker, lecturer and moderator and a citizen of the world with extensive cross-cultural work experience from three continents. He holds a Masters of Civil Engineering degree.
Feven is an experienced educator, facilitator, and project manager. Her personal experience and professional training ignited her passion for education. This passion led to specialization in intercultural studies, equity, access, inclusion and international development which brings unique insights for clients.
Feven is able to contextualize any training in an engaging and meaningful manner. Her career in post secondary education encompasses design, delivery and evaluation of programs and courses across three continents. She has taught post secondary courses on climate change, race and identity, and sociology in various modalities.
Feven has managed international programs and collaborated with stakeholders in diverse schools at prominent universities including a business school in Ontario, Canada, a medical school in Sydney, Australia and an art and design school in Doha, Qatar.
